With over 22 years of notarial and signing experience, I am a full-time Notary Public, E-Notary, and Signing Agent who has successfully completed more than 7,650 closing transactions, including residential purchases, complex commercial closings, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, and trust documents.

I am commissioned in both New Jersey (serving Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties) and Texas (serving Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, and parts of Galveston County), offering in-person, hybrid, and remote online notarizations (RON).

As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Signing Professional (CRMSP) and a former Corporate and Securities Paralegal with more than 30 years of legal experience in top law firms and Fortune 500 in-house legal departments, I bring a strong understanding of Article 9 of the UCC and business licensing procedures to my notarial work, especially for commercial transactions.
